PMEL LOCATOR

The 1998 version of PMEL.ORG contained a Locator page for PMEL individuals who’d provided their information to be posted on the page to share with others. The information was freely available for all to see, including data mining applications which had evolved with the intentions of scouring the web for eMail addresses and other contact information. This upgrade to PMEL.ORG removed the Locator page from the public domain. For privacy concerns the Locator page is now available from a secured location requiring login credentials by one wishing to have access to the page. Submitting the “PMEL Locator Access Credentials” form will enable two events: 1) It provides contact information to which we can send login credentials. Note: you must provide as a minimum your name, Branch of service, Years in PMEL, Last Active Duty Assignment, and your eMail address so that we can forward credentials to you; and 2) optionally you can request to either have your contact information displayed on the Locator page, or not. Your contact info will NOT be shared unless you provide directions for us to do so on the form. BE SURE TO INDICATE YOUR PREFERENCE BY SELECTING EITHER “NO” (DEFAULT) OR “YES” NEAR THE BOTTOM OF THE FORM “Add Contact Data to Locator File.” Once you receive credentials, visit the following Locator Presentations: PMEL LOCATOR: Sorted by Last Name/First Name PMEL LOCATOR: Sorted by State/City/ZIP/Last Name/First Name where you can then either just view…or download…the Locator file in PDF format. We ask that you don’t share this file with others, and that you delete the email received containing the login credentials to prevent its capture and use by nefarious entities! Thank you.
