The last class graduated from the PMEL School at Lowry AFB on March
18, 1994,
35 years after the first class started. This last class had 3 US Airman
and 4 foreign nationals. A ceremony was held to commemorate the end of 35 years of
training of PMEL (Metrology) at Lowry. We filled to room mostly with "old
timers" and had people standing in the hall. A presentation was given outlining
the history of PMEL training in the Air Force.
