June
21st    The annual PMEL picnic will be at the Cherry Creek State Park, Dixon Grove picnic area.  We will start around Noon and need to be out of there by 8 P.M..  Use the East entrance, E. Lehigh Ave and Parker Road and after you pass the entrance station take the first right and follow it to the end.  The picnic area is by the dam on the East side.  You will need a pass which is $7.00 per car and can be purchased at the entrance station.  If you are over 62 you can get an annual Aspen Leaf pass which is good at any Colorado State Park.

We will furnish beer (only 3.2 is allowed), pop, hamburgers and hotdogs.  Please bring a side dish and your own table setting.  If you have any questions please feel free to call me at (303) 431-7681 or you can call Cherry Creek Park at (303) 699-3860.

We can thank Bob & Lucille Faist and Andre & Mona Grable for renting this site for us and I understand it is a very nice picnic area.

Some of you have already let me know you will be there, if you have not would you please e-mail me and let me know how many may attend.  Should you forget, as old people are known to do, show up anyways and we will thin the soup.
