What we are looking for:
Electronic Technicians
- Completion of PMEL/TMDE Training or 8 years of OJT/experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in electronic calibrations
- RF experience desired
- Experience working under a ISO 9000 or ISO 17025 quality plan
- MetCal / Metrack experience preferred
- A solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Must possess a valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Good oral and written communication skills

Hard Gauge Technicians
- Completion of PMEL/TMDE Training or 8 years of OJT/experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in 68 degree room hard gauge
calibrations
- Experience working under a ISO 9000 or ISO 17025 quality plan
- A solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Hand Tool Repair / Calibration Technicians
- Completion of PMEL/TMDE Training or OJT/experience is a plus
- No experience necessary, we will provide OJT if qualified
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Must possess a valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to learn quickly and have a good mechanical aptitude

We are looking for self-motivated
technicians who will provide calibration, troubleshooting and
repairs for test and measurement equipment in both manufacturing and
research environments. Other duties include creating calibration
procedures, selecting test and measurement equipment, and entering
documentation into computer systems. May require travel outside of

Senior Physical / Measurement
Calibration Technician

This position requires at least 2 years' Technical School training
in Metrology and Physical/Dimensional or equivalent military PMEL
training, plus at least 5 years' technician experience in metrology
and physical/dimensional. ASQ Certified Calibration Technician
rating is a plus. Perform calibrations and measurements traceable to
the International System of Units (SI) using appropriate reference
standards. Test and measurement equipment range from general-purpose
physical and dimensional to custom-built sterilizer systems. Must be
familiar with data acquisition and validation equipment, i.e.
process control equipment / controllers, chart recorders, DC Analog
/ Signal Conditioners, and varied transducers. Disciplines
comprise: Mass, Temperature, Humidity, Vacuum, Length, Optics,
Pressure, Dimensional Metrology, Force, and Flow. Working knowledge

requirements is a plus.

experienced Metrology Technician who wants to join a fast pace
environment. Some of your primary responsibilities are:
• Calibration of all OEM equipment (i.e. Tektronics, HP, Agilent, Fluke)
delivered both in the factory and at the customer's site.
• Developing and maintaining calibration certificates.
• Maintaining other documentation and databases as required by metrology
and quality systems.
• Developing knowledge of JDSU’s products and calibration processes.
• Performing final test and calibration on services units.
• Ensuring all work is meeting ISO quality standards.
• Working closely with customers and other departments in order to
deliver timely and quality service.
Some travel required. All business related travel expenses will be

To
qualify for this position you need to possess the following
qualifications:
• 2 years experience calibrating various types of telecommunications and

The ideal candidate will be an independent, self-starter with a minimum of 4 years of outside sales and account management experience and will be able to meet the position’s objectives with limited direct supervision. The leading candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality, marketing or business. Candidates with a strong background in high technology sales, service contract sales and experience in the semiconductor, electronic component, or computing markets will be given favorable consideration. Those holding degrees in other areas, but with significant experience in the aforementioned markets, may also be considered. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite. Occasional air travel and overnight stays will be required. Both written and verbal communication skills are extremely important.

The ideal candidate will be able to perform routine and complex work
related to the calibration of electronic, electro-mechanical and

will provide field maintenance on equipment, when required, using
calibration procedures and measurement systems on customer equipment
in compliance with requirements.

also repair Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment down to
component level.
